TLC: Thread, Lock, Compression

The point of compression systems is to keep your headset bearings locked on tight. The best headsets are threadless, but they have the problem coming loose frequently. The TLC forks have threads around the stem that engage with a special internally threaded compression shim. This makes is virtually impossible for the headset to come loose.
